Ordered a beer when we got there... had it finished and still no one offered us a menu25 minutes later had to ask for a menu so finally got to order foodFood arrived quick and was goodNot the worst the service but could use some improvement

Best wing night ever. Wings were great, wing/beer deal is fantastic and service was spectacular.

Amazing food. Took a very long time for the food to come to the table considering there were not many customers in the building.

We ate lunch there on May 6 2019, I order a chicken caeser wrap with lattice fries, I did not notice the chicken was not cooked, it was still pink when I went to eat the wrap for dinner. That is disgusting considering I didn't the first half the chicken was in the bottom on the wrap and I ate some. Will never eat here again Hope I do not get sick.

A great place for a quick bite and beer, bartend was not that knowledgeable about mixing cocktails but a great selection of draft beer and reasonable prices. Taco Tuesday are my fave and ha D's down best place for wings.

Still a solid sports bar. After all these years, still good food, solid service!

Servers were so rude, cranky, and slow despite the bar being nearly empty. I.D that is not from Ontario will not be accepted here.

I had a great lunch at Champs, ordered a Champs Club Sandwich and sweet potato lattice fries. The sandwich was cooked perfectly with bacon, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. The lattice fries were impeccable! I sat on the upper part of the restaurant, the setting was very calm and relaxing for eating lunch. Service was fast and efficient and not too expensive. Perfect place to eat!

Champs is a nice, quiet bar. It's a sports bar, so I imagine it gets rockin' on game night. I like going during the day. Good eats, pleasant staff, good prices.

Good food, good staff, good selection of drinks, projection screen for key sports events. Generally a quiet place, good for students to go to study.

Nice seating outside, shaded options to stay out of the sun, average prices, not really any craft options.

Lots of sports on tv, staff was super nice drinks were amazing.

Giving this a 3 star but almost considered a 4 star. The food has gotten better for sure. I chanced ordered the avacado for my veggie wrap and I'm glad I did. Was fresh and tasted great. What really impressed me was the product knowledge of the server. She had obviously been trained well and it showed. Crystal was her name I believe. I ordered taco Tuesday from them last August and I had to send it back. Zero passion was evident. Seemed like a young child assembled it as it was so plain and delivered in a bowl? Anyways, since then I have only had great things to say about this place. It's a pub playing sports on the t.v's with mostly older men hanging around probably not tipping very well. Bathroom is kinda gross. But I expect all of this and don't care. I'm not going there to have fine dining so when they start to 'up' thier food game it's a really nice addition and change that is very welcomed. I go more now. Thanks!!!

Worst experience ever! We reserved to have our work Christmas party here 2 months in advance which they gladly told us they could accommodate. They had one waitress to serve our table of 30 even tho there was at least 10 waitresses working that night. It took over 45mins for them to bring out food from start to finish. Most ppl finished eating before others got their food. I even had to cancel my order because I hadn't gotten my food yet by the time everyone was getting antsy to leave. One of us was given a glass that was cracked. Others had their drinks spilled in their food. The mistakes were endless. I can appreciate mistakes happen but clearly one person was not enough staff to accommodate a party of 30. Then to top it off they told us they couldn't split the bill and had to put all 30 ppl on the same bill? I used to love the food here but after the drastic decline in service, I will never return.

The food is poorly done with no effort. We found dishwater in our salad bowl once. The kitchen staff look miserable. You can really feel the owners are just keeping it open and lost their love for it years ago. The only thing keeping the place open is the sports fans that come to watch games.

Great service and great food and prices, taco tuesdays are absolutely amazing, the wings on Wednesdays are to die for, they always have a new special everyday, that is cooked to perfection, the cost of beer and liquors are rite on key, perfectly priced, you always get smiles when walking into champs, friendly crowd and very welcoming.They have any sport you can imagine with new tv's on everywhere you look with different games on, and if the one you want isn't on feel free to ask and they will get it on for you, they have a huge screen tv that is used all the time.Highly suggest this place for someone going by there self, or in a date or with a group, they cater to you no matter what.They also have a upstairs if you ever want a private party!!

Best wings in Peterborough... But wish they had a larger selection of craft beer. They only have Lagunitas IPA & Guinness... Everything else is domestic swill.

Good food but consistantly understaffed and overbooked.

Back in our college days we'd visit weekly after the ball game or shinny. Recently went back after not visiting for probably 15 years. Still a great place for food. Cheaper than a chain restaurant. Would recommend.

Good food, clean taps and good staff. If you need a place to catch the game and not spend an arm and a leg then come here.UPDATE: Champs used to be the place to go to watch the game along with low priced food and drink, not anymore. 6 of us showed up to watch the second half of a football game at 9:30pm, the staff advised us that they were closing at 10pm (supposed to close at midnight). We ended up at another bar in town which was actually accomodating, ended up running into the Champs staff who would rather be drinking than working. Dont plan on coming here to watch a game from start to finish, it ain't happening at this "sports bar".

Chuck the owner is a piece of work :-P but his service staff is incredible. One has a photographic memory, I swear, after weeks.

2 of us ordered exact same amount and flavour of wings! one order was ok other wings were under cooked ,ice cold and the sauce was 1/2 inch deep in bottom of plate! forgot my order of fries and when they finally came they were soggy and as cold as the wings as if they had been sitting out for 1/2 hour! they did offer to send new order home but, if cant get it right the first time??? last time ever in this place! at one time was decent place for wings! my how things change! dont waste your time!

Best ceaser in town. Best scotch bonnet hot sause. Great wings, great atmosphere. They do taco Tuesdays. Defo one of the top 10 spots in town.

Too noisy, crowded and service too slow. Ended up having to leave without even getting our order. Very disappointed.

Great place to go watch a hockey game....food isn't to bad either.
